About Bergari Solutions

Bergari Solutions is dedicated to the engineering design, development and manufacturing of engine exhaust and aftertreatment emissions systems for various diesel and gaseous fueled engines ranging from 50 hp up to 5000 hp across a wide range of market segments.  We produce these systems in-house, in our Rosemount, Minnesota facility with our skilled engineers and production staff.  In addition to core products, we also design and build customer exhaust system components to provide a complete exhaust system solution.

Our Engineering Process

At Bergari Solutions we design our exhaust silencers utilizing proven design calculations balanced with actual measured performance data. Our SolidWorks 3D CAD software allows us to design with confidence, ensuring that our models will physically fit and work together as planned. Each customer application goes through our engineering process to design the silencer for sound reduction and backpressure losses, all aligned with the specific engine datasheet and raw noise data. From there, we offer a silencer performance data sheet showing sound reduction performance and backpressure losses together with nominal dimensions. An outline drawing is provided for each part quoted together with a detailed quotation.

For Emissions reduction products, our engineering proposal will include specific emission reduction percentages along with backpressure losses, all based on and aligned with the specific engine data, raw emissions data and exhaust gas temperature assumptions.

Overall, our engineering process is very thorough and aligned with pertinent data and the customers requirements. We pride ourselves on providing our engineering proposals usually within 24 hours from initial inquiry.
